A lack of dexterity and confusion can make getting dressed and toileting very distressing for the person with dementia, creating feelings of helplessness and depression.
The Men’s Trouble Free Trousers are a wonderful way of helping the person with dementia to get dressed easier, either independently or assisted by a carer. The front panel of theses trousers drops down by undoing the Velcro fasteners on the waistband and unzipping the zips down each side seam, to the hips, for easier dressing. Velcro like fly is fully functional. The back waist band is elasticated and there is an optional, detachable front waistband providing added security for the more active individual. Made from comfortable, machine washable, polywool and polyviscose material. Trouser length 31″”/ 84cm.
